Delete Your Account & Data

Effective date: August 22, 2026

Tap Dash (by Anvik Solutions) does not require an account to play. If you signed in with Google or Apple to sync your leaderboard progress, you can delete your account instantly in the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to it.

Delete In-App (Instant)

The fastest way — no waiting, no email required:

Open Tap Dash and go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your cloud profile, leaderboard entry, and linked Google/Apple sign-in identity. Your local on-device progress is not affected — the game keeps working normally afterward.

Can't Access the App?

Send an email to hello@anviksolutions.com from the email address linked to your Google/Apple sign-in (if used), with the subject line "Tap Dash - Delete My Account".
Include the in-app Player ID shown on the Account screen (Settings → Account), if you have it — this helps us locate your record faster, though it isn't required.
We will delete your cloud data within 7 days and reply to confirm once it's done.

Uninstalling the app immediately deletes all data stored only on your device (coin balance, saved in-progress game, local settings) — that data is never uploaded to our servers in the first place, so no request is needed for it.

What Gets Deleted vs. Retained
