Merge Numbers — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Anvik Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use Merge Numbers (the “App”), a mobile game by Anvik Solutions. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
The App is free to play and supported by ads. We do not require you to create an account, and most game data stays on your device. The table below summarizes what may be collected if you choose to sign in or use online features (leaderboard, cloud sync, referrals) — some of these online features are still being rolled out for this App.

Your spendable in-game coin balance is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. We do not collect payment information — Merge Numbers contains no in-app purchases; its only monetization is advertising.
The App uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:
On Android, you can reset or opt out of ad personalization at any time via Settings → Google → Ads on your device. Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored game data.
Merge Numbers is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can remove it.
Cloud-synced data (display name and lifetime points) is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all its cloud data instantly from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account), or by contacting us if you no longer have access to the app.
We use industry-standard services (Google Firebase) to store any data that leaves your device, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information (for example under GDPR or CCPA). To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
